About Me

I’m Olivia and I’m so excited to meet you. I am a follower of Christ and try every day to love people the way He did. I love trying things that look like they’re too difficult, because I love the feeling of taking on a daunting task, and with a little practice that difficult thing becomes a normal part of life. I became interested in doula work during my first pregnancy. Since then I’ve done hours of research on the physiological processes of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I’ve also ended up in a wonderful community of other passionate birth workers who love talking about birth as much as I do! In my spare time you’ll find me baking, sharing cups of coffee with my friends, and shopping at the local farmers market.
